Tryout Dates:
- Monday, August 2nd 2:00-4:00
- Tuesday, August 3rd 2:00-4:00
- Wednesday, August 4th 10:00-11:00
Must Have:
- Gfeller-Waller Concussion Form
- Valid Physical
- Athletic Participation Form Completed
- 2 Proofs of Address
